I'm a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with 13+ years of experience helping people through problematic substance use, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions in hospitals, correctional facilities, community mental health, and private practice.
Most of the men I work with are holding it together the best they can. But underneath, something isn't working and they've been carrying it alone for too long.
My approach is direct and practical. We'll work on what's happening now and on the patterns underneath it.
This extends beyond theory and training for me. I've done the work myself.
